Job Description
Job Title: UX Developer & Web Designer
Experience:3-4 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative UX Developer & Web Designer with strong hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap 3/4, and Adobe Photoshop. The ideal candidate should be passionate about web design best practices, with the ability to transform UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and cross-browser compatible interfaces. This role requires deep attention to detail in layout, typography, and color usage, along with a solid understanding of front-end application structure.
Mandatory & Hands-on Experience:
- HTML5, CSS3
- Bootstrap 3 & 4
- Adobe Photoshop
- Web & Mobile UI Design
- Custom CSS Framework Creation
Key Responsibilities:
UI Development & Integration
- Convert UI designs into clean, responsive, and reusable HTML/CSS/Bootstrap code.
- Develop custom CSS frameworks as per project structure.
- Design and build UI components such as buttons, forms, tables, and navigation systems.
Visual Design & Photoshop Work
- Design banners, logos, and other creative visual assets using Adobe Photoshop.
- Maintain consistency by adhering to brand and design guidelines (fonts, colors, imagery).
Application Framework & Structure
- Develop and maintain front-end application frameworks.
- Collaborate with design and development teams for seamless integration.
Style Guide Creation
- Document UI patterns and build a style guide covering:
- UI Elements: HTML tags and attributes.
- UI Components: Navigation, buttons, modals.
- UI Forms & Tables: Interactive form fields and data tables.
Responsive Web Design
- Ensure interfaces adapt fluidly to all screen sizes and devices.
- Implement best practices for mobile-first and responsive design.
Cross-Browser Compatibility
- Test and ensure UI consistency across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of modern web design principles and UX best practices.
- Excellent grasp of layout structures, typography, and color theory.
- Experience designing for both mobile and web applications.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UI trends and tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with front-end JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
- Exposure to tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
