- Role Focus: Design and enhance user experiences and interfaces in collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Experience: 2+ years in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio of user-friendly designs.
- User Research: Gather requirements from clients, conduct user research, and analyze competitor interfaces.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using tools like Figma.
- UI/UX Design: Design visually engaging, cohesive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
- Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and make iterative improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and developers to ensure design and technical alignment.
- Design System Maintenance: Develop and maintain style guides and design systems for consistency across products.
- Stay Updated: Keep informed of design trends, tools, and best practices, integrating new ideas as relevant.
- Accessibility & Responsiveness: Ensure designs are accessible and responsive, following WCAG guidelines.
- Required Skills: Proficiency in Figma or similar tools, user-centric design principles, and collaboration.
- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design is a plus.
