Role : Test Manager - Software Testing(Insurance Domain) Experience : 10+ years Job Location : Mumbai Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Key Responsibilities : Need to be well versed with Life Insurance/General Insurance Domain (knowledge of New business, Policy servicing, Claim Settlement etc.) Should have Knowledge on Insurance Workflow System Should have Core Application Knowledge of Life Asia (AS400) / Ingenium / Elixir/ Healthbuzz / Genesys configurator / TCS Bancs Manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple projects. Define testing strategies, plans, and schedules in alignment with project goals. Lead a team of QA professionals including Test Leads, Engineers, and Analysts. Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality standards are met. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive testing deliverables. Track and report on testing metrics, defects, and quality trends. Mentor team members and support career and skill development.,
