Preparation of checklist for Vendor Qualification for Steel Preparation of checklist for welder Qualification for Steel Preparation of Supplier Qualification Plan for CTQ raw materials Maintaining of QC and inspection checklist for Daily production of FRP (HL/ LRTM) Maintaining of QC and inspection checklist for Steel Fabrication. Maintaining of QC and inspection checklist for Steel painting. Conducting NDT at random intervals for CTQ items Maintaining of CAAPA file Preparation of Risk mitigation plan for Dept. and submitting to TM.
