Job Description
- Skills: cctv access control systems, incident managem, incident management, security investigation, risk assessment, security audit, Drive end to end execution / implementation of operational plans through the team for the zone within the site Supervise the deployment, configurations and maintenance of security systems such as firewalls, intrusions detection system and access controls operations for men, material & vehicles Maintain close oversight over sabotage incidents and ensure conclusive investigation & outcomes to identify & take appropriate legal action on perpetrators in collaboration with legal team Supervise the plan of security events as per the annual security plan to ensure the safety of its employees, assets, and operations. Identify and develop intelligence network to gather inputs on the emerging security threats and trends in internal and external environment that may impact the security of the site & design response measures as necessary Conduct investigation of security incidents and breaches, and provide recommendations to prevent similar incidents in the future Facilitate internal and third party security audits, mock drills and surprise checks to ensure reliability of Security management system Analyze the data to anticipate losses, conduct security risk assessments and mitigate any external elements that could hamper business performance Vigilantly monitor and track instances of non-compliance, employing a proactive approach to identify deviations from established standards and regulations,
