Role Description Maxsell India is seeking a Customer Service Representative proficient in English and Hindi for a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high customer service standards. The role also involves managing customer experience interactions and resolving customer issues effectively. Qualifications Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction Skills in Customer Experience and handling customer inquiries Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work well in a team and provide exceptional service Familiarity with technology solutions in Retail, Jewellery, and Banking sectors is a plus,
