Role/ Job Title: Product Lead-Gold Loan

Job Purpose:

The role entails managing and leading a team of Senior Product Managers and Product Managers to deliver the results of all the segments in the Gold Loan Vertical

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle a team of Senior Product Managers and Product Managers
Collaborative with different departments and create a best-in-class digital journey for the Gold Loan Segment
Empower Sales Leadership with New Product and Product Innovation
Train partners on product & policy
Business trend analysis and exploring new avenues to generate more business
Driving contests and R&R - Managing Compliance and Audit queries for the business
Empowering the Sales Team with the required support to achieve the budgeted numbers
Recommend process changes in order to improve service efficiency and quality across the assigned area
Budget and P & L locations wise as well as business segments wise to be prepared
Leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Champion IDFC First's customer first culture by driving the team to take up high degree servicing norms to ensure absolute customer delight
Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure
Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements
