Job Title: Sr. HR Executive Early Life Intervention Project (0-90 days)
Location: PAN India Coverage (Based from GGN)
Department: Human Resources


Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic HR Executive to support our Early Life Intervention (ELI) Project, designed to ensure holistic engagement of new hires during their first 0-90 days. The ideal candidate will be a people-focused HR professional with strong communication skills (both verbal and written), a sound knowledge of HR policies and processes, and an understanding of the employee life cycle in a BPO setup.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with new hires and ensure smooth onboarding processes
  • Provide ongoing support to employees in the first 90 days of their employment
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment
  • Implement HR policies and practices, ensuring alignment with company standards
  • Track and monitor employee engagement and progress throughout the early life phase
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new employees to address concerns or feedback
  • Collaborate with various HR functions to support employee retention and development

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Exposure to an HR Business Partner role
  3. Strong understanding of the employee life cycle in a BPO setup
  4. Sound knowledge of HR policies and procedures
  5. Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
