   Experience : 6 month - 3 years
   Salary: 15k - 25k

2.Position : Team Leader- Personal Loan
    Experience : 2 years - 8 years
    Salary: 25k - 35k

3. Position : Assistant Sales Manager
     Experience : 3 years - 9 years
     Salary: 35k -45k

Location- Noida, Sector-02
working Days- Mon to Sat
Qualification - Any Graduate

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Supporting Team Member in understanding customer requirements and closing sales.
Supporting in a range of financial/Insurance products over the phone.
Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospective customers.
Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication
Set clear team goals and KPIs.
Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.
Oversee day-to-day teams operation and performance.
Do regular performance evaluation.
Communicate with team about their performance.
