Role/Job Title: Analyst-Portfolio Management

Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking

Job Purpose:

Providing assistance for the development and oversight of the business plans/strategies in order to support growth objectives, while strengthening the business core to develop and maintain a competitive advantage. Contributing in Budgeting, planning and directing an organization's strategic and long-range goals. Assisting in conducting reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses and to evaluate operational effectiveness.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Business Partnering & Strategic Planning/Performance Management
• Development of Annual Budgets & Estimates for Business and reporting of performance against budgets, plans and strategic objectives
• Management and development of the businesss KPI infrastructure/ dashboards in order to facilitate analysis
• Preparing presentations/decks for review with MD, EXCO, Business heads
• Providing Support/Working on new business/opportunities
• Monitoring of Stressed Cases, Watch list and Updates on periodic basis
• Conducting deep dive competition analysis and benchmarking them against us to give key management insights
• Portfolio analysis and providing 360 degrees view of performance to RMs
• Monitoring & implementing effective control measures - Revenue Leakages, Cost optimization
• Project management - Identify Actionable, Tracking, Follow-ups, Execution for projects in WB
• Provide support/engage with key stakeholders on various analysis, presentations, reports and constantly working towards fine tuning/ refining of data.                         

 Educational Qualifications:        

Graduation Any graduation

Post Graduation- Any post - graduation

 Experience:

0-2 years of relevant experience in analyst role
