Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP CRM Senior Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP CRM technical areas including ABAP development, CRM Web UI, and CRM Middleware. The role involves working on implementation, customization, and integration of SAP CRM solutions to support dynamic business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom solutions within the SAP CRM environment using ABAP.
- Work on CRM Web UI development and enhancements.
- Manage and configure SAP CRM Middleware for effective data synchronization.
- Support full lifecycle implementations including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules for end-to-end process alignment.
- Perform bug fixes, enhancements, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to define technical requirements.
- Provide support for CRM Service processes and IC Web Client functionalities.
- Analyze, debug, and resolve issues independently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on SAP CRM.
- At least 6 years of experience working with SAP CRM modules.
- Hands-on experience with CRM Web UI and CRM Middleware.
- Strong exposure to CRM Service and Interaction Center (IC) Web Client.
- Good understanding of Telecom CRM business processes is a plus.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across different levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
