Job Description

:
The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading and overseeing the recruitment and selection process for Gigin Clients. The incumbent will collaborate with senior management and department heads of various Companies to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the attraction and retention of high-quality candidates to meet the client staffing needs. The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition will also manage a team of recruiters and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of recruitment initiatives and revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies, policies, and procedures to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with Clients to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and techniques, such as online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct bulk screening through automated tools, to ensure the selection of qualified individuals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent sources to enhance the client recruitment capabilities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Bulk Hiring / Staffing to continually improve recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience of 3 years preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics related to recruitment performance.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Professional certifications in human resources or talent acquisition are a plus.
