Role Summary:
Responsible for researching and updating mailing addresses/phone numbers for return packages by analysing API data. Unresolved cases are transferred to the calling team following set guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse package data to determine eligibility for address research or updates.
- Research correct addresses using client tools, Google, trusted websites, and social media.
- Update accurate address information in the system.
- Search for contact numbers if address information is unavailable.
- Escalate cases with available phone numbers to the calling team; close cases per documented procedures if unresolved.
- Document clear notes to support further actions.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and share insights.
- Provide timely updates on case status and challenges.
Required Skills:
- Strong online research and data collection abilities.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain high accuracy and collaborate within a team.
Other Requirements:
- Flexible to work evening, midnight, or night shifts (no day shift available).
- Available to work weekends and Indian holidays (U.S. shift alignment).
- Must work from the office.
