Job Title: Senior Process Executive (SPE) - Operations

Location: Chennai (Currently Work from Home, may change to Work from Office based on situation. Locations include CHN/HYD/KOL)

Shift Time: 9 AM - 7 PM

Qualification:

Graduate in Health Science/Medic/Paramedic professional degree (B.Pharm, BOT, BPT, B.Sc Nursing/GNM, B.Sc Biotech)

Experience:

2 + years of experience in revenue cycle management processes

Specialization in Anesthesia (with an openness to learn additional specializations)

Job Requirements:

1. Achieve 100% daily productivity target as per team/client requirements.

2. Maintain an accuracy rate of 98% in internal and client audit reports.

3. Score 95% in monthly assessments on coding protocols.

4. Provide inputs on potential process improvements and automation opportunities.

5. Mentor new or less tenured colleagues on clarifications in the coding domain.

6. Assist in resolving escalations or technical challenges.

7. Be flexible in supporting client requirements and handling crisis situations.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management processes

Coding knowledge

Notice period

Immediate joiner

Certification:

Only Certified ( CPC-A is not allowed )

Mode of Work:

Work from Home (currently), may transition to Work from Office based on the situation.
