PoC for requirements management WW. You create business master data concepts in alignment with operational departments, Process Owners and central RB governance functions to ensure the fit for MA.
You conduct FIT/GAP analyzes and drive data clean-up activities as preparation for IT projects. In alignment with IT departments, you implement concepts within IT projects like S/4 Hana, perform end-to-end testing and conduct Key User trainings.
Increasing master data quality is your driver. You lead customer master digitalization projects and introduce master data KPI s supported by automated analytics solutions. You focus on fast and scalable solutions.
You support and educate peers in data modeling and rule-based master data management. You consult Key User and provide 3rd Level support.
Experience and Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Customer Master Management, Process Knowledge ideally in O2C and/or R2S, SAP R/3 and S/4 MDM, Athena Stibo-Step, Project Management Skills, Data and Information Modeling Skills, Agile Principles Preferred: Data Analytics Skills
