Power BI Developer @ Jeevan Technologies

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using TypeScript and Appium for mobile (iOS/Android) testing.
  
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and develop test strategies.
  
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  
• Perform thorough regression, functional, integration, and UI testing.
  
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  
• Analyze test results, debug issues, and provide detailed reports to the development team.
  
• Continuously optimize testing strategies and automation coverage for faster releases.
  
• Mentor junior QA engineers and help drive best practices across the team.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of QA experience , with at least 2+ years working with Appium and TypeScript .
  
• Strong experience in mobile automation testing (iOS and Android).
  
• Proficiency in writing test scripts using TypeScript/JavaScript .
  
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  
• Experience with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr , or similar.
  
• Familiarity with source control tools like Git .
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
  
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with tools like Playwright, WebDriverIO , or Selenium .
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins , CircleCI , or GitLab CI .
  
• Knowledge of REST API testing using Postman or REST-assured .
  
• Exposure to performance or security testing is a plus.
