Reports To: HR Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time

Matrix Consulting is a consulting firm specializing in fundraising support for SMEs, corporate institutions, and organizations across various sectors including Retail, Manufacturing, Trading, Hospital, IT, and Real Estate.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to support our HR team in recruitment, attendance management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for supporting HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Handle recruitment calls, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Attendance Management: Track employee attendance and maintain accurate records.
- HR Administration: Assist in general HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and supporting HR projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: BBA/MBA in HR domain preferred.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; 6 months of experience in HR Executive is a plus.
- Skills: Good communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software is a plus.
- Availability: Immediately available candidates preferred.
