Experience- 1 Years to 8 years

Salary- 15 to 20 K Pm

Education- Diploma Or Graduation.

Working on ERP Software for supporting to all other departments for smooth software functions.
Administering new implementations in ERP software
Coordinating with ERP software vendor (Udyog ERP) regarding any queries and issues in ERP software.
Providing training of ERP system to new users
Coordinating with seniors and Management for new implementations and upgradations in ERP system.
Resolving other software and hardware issues on primary basis
Resolving networking related issues on primary basis
Coordinating with IT & Computer services vendor (SNA Infotech) for system hardware and other software related issues.
Configurations and Backups of Outlook
Responsible for Backup of ERP software
Ensuring smooth functioning of computer systems and other computer peripherals for all users.
