Experience: 2.5 - 12 years

Location: PAN India
Roles & Responsibility
- Experience developing applications in Genesys Composer.
- Experience with Genesys Platform.
- Enterprise-scale IVR application development experience Knowledge of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, Web-Services, REST based micro-services, JAVA/J2EE.
- Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI.
- Experience with CI/CD (Git, Jenkins, Maven, etc.) Experience with agile and scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with web services integration Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment
