JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
A) Mechanical Design Engineer - LV MV MCC Control Panel/ Switchgear
- Skills: Experience with CAD tools like Creo & SolidWorks./ Catia
- Total Experience- 3 to 5 Years
- Location- Mumbai
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- 2-3 years of mechanical engineering design experience.
- Experience in creation & reading of manufacturing detailed drawings.
- Knowledge of Windchill drawing parameters & attributes.
- New Part number creation & release process in Windchill.
- Knowledge of GD&T, and PLC-WC.
- Experience with CAD tools like Creo & SolidWorks / Catia.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
B) Electrical Design Engineers- LV MV MCC Control Panel/ Switchgear
- Location: Mumbai
- Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
- Experience in designing control panels with LV Switchgear, Cables, SLD, Control Schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical 2022 with sound knowledge of IEC, UL standards (preferably IEC 60204-1)
- Capable of preparing Single Line Diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and control schematics; detail engineering of MCC.
- Skilled in creating GA drawings, structural layouts using CREO; preparing BoM and bid documents as per customer specs
- Must study order copies, customer specs, electrical drawings, and identify deviations or technical clarifications
- Strong coordination with stakeholders, shop floor teams, offshore engineering teams, and customers/consultants to resolve queries
- Responsible for organizing project kick-off meetings, tracking progress, and maintaining up-to-date documentation
