Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join our food service team. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow in the restaurant.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous mannerTake and prepare customer orders accurately and efficientlyOperate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle transactionsMaintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and restroomsFollow food safety and sanitation guidelinesStock supplies and ingredients as neededCollaborate with team members and managers to meet store goalsAssist with opening, closing, and shift-change proceduresHandle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptlyQualifications:
Intermediate or equivalent Previous food service or retail experience a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDependable and punctualWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
