Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager - Web Development, with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is a leadership-oriented technical role that combines strong full-stack development expertise with the ability to lead and mentor a small team. The ideal candidate will possess a "get work done" attitude, technical excellence across frontend and backend technologies, and the leadership skills needed to drive projects to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team & Project Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of junior and mid-level developers. Ensure clarity in task delegation, team alignment, and efficient use of resources.
- Project & Client Management: Take end-to-end ownership of web development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Gather and analyze client requirements, prepare clear documentation and scope of work. Coordinate with clients throughout all stages of the project, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
- Technical Contribution: Design, develop, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable web applications across the full technology stack. Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications as needed. Optimize performance, security, and user experience.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other internal teams to ensure cohesive output. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, providing regular updates and support.
- Innovation & Initiative: Proactively contribute to internal and external product-based initiatives. Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, or new solutions. Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest strategic technical direction where applicable.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong backend development skills: .NET, Node.js, PHP, or Java
- Solid experience with relational in MSSQL database
- Skilled in building RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Version control proficiency using Git and related platforms (GitHub, GitLab).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Well versed with new age technologies including AI based tools & implementing AI based platforms.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Preferred Attributes:
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.
- Ability to multitask across multiple projects efficiently.
- Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and building high-quality digital solutions.
- Previous experience in a startup, digital agency, or service-based environment is an advantage.
