- Job Title: Senior Embedded Hardware and Software IoT Engineer Location: Ahmedabad Onsite Experience: 4+ years About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Embedded Hardware and Software IoT Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end IoT solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of embedded systems, circuit design, firmware development, and cloud connectivity. This role is pivotal in shaping innovative connected products that integrate sensors, microcontrollers, communication modules, and cloud services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of embedded hardware systems for IoT applications (e.g., microcontrollers, sensors, wireless communication). Develop and optimize firmware in C/C++ or other low-level languages for microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M, ESP32, STM32, etc.). Design PCBs using tools like Altium Designer, Eagle, or KiCad and oversee prototype testing. Integrate devices with IoT cloud platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT, etc.). Develop and implement secure communication protocols (MQTT, CoAP, BLE, LoRa, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, data science) to ensure seamless product integration. Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance tuning of hardware and firmware systems. Document system architecture, development process, and technical specifications. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in embedded systems and IoT. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in embedded system development and hardware design. Expertise in embedded C/C++, real-time operating systems (RTOS), and microcontroller platforms. Experience with wireless protocols: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, NB-IoT, etc. Proficiency in PCB design, schematic capture, and layout tools. Hands-on experience with debugging tools: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, JTAG. Understanding of IoT architecture and device-to-cloud connectivity. Knowledge of power management for low-power IoT devices. Familiarity with DevOps tools for OTA firmware updates and version control.,
