Job Description

 

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Tata Capital loan products (e.g., personal loans, business loans, consumer durable loans).

• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product information and benefits.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales.

• Maintain records of telephonic interactions, customer accounts, and sales.

• Follow up with prospects to ensure successful closure.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

•  Age limit - 30 years

• Location - Whitefield ( No cab)
