- Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HCL Commerce and Elastic Search. Experience in Data Governance is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will contribute to our projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and impactful outcomes. Responsibilities Develop and maintain applications using HCL Commerce and Elastic Search. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. Help maintain code quality organization and automation. Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best practices are followed. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Ensure that all development work adheres to the companys standards and guidelines. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Document technical specifications and project requirements. Qualifications * Possess strong experience in HCL Commerce and Elastic Search. Have a good understanding of Data Governance principles and practices. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Show proficiency in code versioning tools such as Git. Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Display a proactive attitude towards learning and development. Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field. Have experience with Agile development methodologies. Show familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Demonstrate the ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code. Have a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC). Show a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.,
