Roles and Responsibilities-
Aman- hidden_mobile

• Maintenance of nursing records including nurses notes, charts, consents, and initial assessment data for all assigned patients as per protocols.
• Maintains continuity of care through clear and concise verbal and written communication with all departments, internal and external customers
• Reception and orientation of newly admitted patients assigned to him/her.
• Collects and sends all relevant documents duly completed to ensure speedy transfers or discharge process. Will accompany all critical & unstable patients.
• Performs nursing procedures as per set protocols in the department
• Imparts relevant health education to patients and families and documents the same.
• Follow end of life care, maintain.be empathetic and accompany deceased to mortuary if required
• Attends all in-service education programs and takes mandatory certification programs.
• Takes responsibility and accountability in professional advancement
• Follow Hospital Infection control practices.
• Maintain safe & infection free environment
• Accompanies Consultants on rounds patient care.
• Ensures to take responsibility of Admissions, Discharges, and Transfers to other department.
• Ensures to take responsibility for collection of samples and sending for investigations.
• Understand all Quality indicators of the department and give Quality care to patients.
