  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, experience with customization and configuration, and excellent communication and project management skills
  • Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design customized Salesforce solutions
  • Configure and customize the Salesforce platform, including creating custom fields, workflows, and reports
  • Develop and execute test plans and user acceptance testing
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
  • Knowledge of other CRM platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle CRM
  • Decompose High Level Requirements into Functional Requirements and User Stories.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders for Requirement validation and documentation.
  • Drives Requirement review and rationalization sessions with architects.

  • Enjoys combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and agile project approaches.
  • Ability to research and analyze Industry reports, Capgemini PoV/White Papers, and industry best practices them for solving Client problem.
  • Degree from a premier institution with business, technical or information technology orientation
  • In-depth understanding and experience of
  • Salesforce CRM-sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ
  • Sales and marketing measurement
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Customer Journeys and Lifecycle
  • Salesforce Certified in one or more- Admin, Sales cloud, Service cloud or Marketing cloud
  • Demonstrate high reliability, team spirit and a cultural fit for a leading global consulting firm.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and moderation skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
