Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Identify and address denial reasons by researching patient accounts, contacting healthcare providers, and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as coding, claims processing, and customer service to ensure seamless resolution of AR issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other relevant tools.
- Provide excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients while ensuring timely resolution of their concerns.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable calling or similar role in RCM industry.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients/customers over phone/email/letter correspondence.
- Ability to work independently from home office environment with minimal supervision.
