Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM).
Identify and address denial reasons by researching patient accounts, contacting healthcare providers, and resolving discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams such as coding, claims processing, and customer service to ensure seamless resolution of AR issues.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other relevant tools.
Provide excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients while ensuring timely resolution of their concerns.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable calling or similar role in RCM industry.
Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients/customers over phone/email/letter correspondence.
Ability to work independently from home office environment with minimal supervision.
