Job Title: Senior Lead - Audit and Compliance
Location: Mumbai
What you will do:
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and review financial reports while working closely with statutory auditors to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to SEBI, RBI, and other financial regulations governing firms.
- ESG Audit & Reporting: Implement ESG compliance strategies, monitor sustainability metrics, and ensure transparent reporting.
- ITGC Audit & Risk Management: Assess IT systems, cybersecurity risks, and internal controls to ensure compliance with financial technology standards.
- Process Optimization: Enhance financial and audit processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- SOP Development & Implementation: Draft, refine, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for financial controls, audits, and compliance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with leadership, regulatory bodies, and external auditors.
Who you are:
- Experience: 10+ years in finance, audit, ESG compliance, ITGC assessments, and SOP development within the broking industry.
- Education: CA or equivalent finance degree.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, ESG reporting tools, IT audit frameworks, and SOP documentation.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and risk assessment abilities.
