Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Establish and maintain a central repository for all project-related documents, including contracts, change orders, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
Organize, classify, and maintain documents based on type (eg. drawings, specifications, meeting minutes) while ensuring version control.
Ensure proper indexing and tagging of documents for easy retrieval by authorized personnel.
Track and manage the flow of documents throughout the project, including receipt review, approval and distribution.
Schedule stakeholder meetings, document and generate reports.
Work in tandem with Billing Engineer
Securely archive documents upon project completion, ensuring access to all project records for future reference, audits, or disputes.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification: MBA, B.Tech, M.Tech
Minimum 5 years' experience in the same line
