We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented to join our Digital Banking Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reconciliation, settlement, and dispute handling for digital banking products such as UPI, IMPS, and AEPS.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and managing the reconciliation and settlement process for digital banking products.
- Handling and resolving disputes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring adherence to operational controls and compliance standards.
- Communicating effectively (both written and verbal) with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Utilizing MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access to analyse data and generate reports.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of digital banking products and their operational processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access.
The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
