Subject matter expert of product
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Monitor systems, diagnose problems, and collaborate with developers
Address urgent issues, support customer & automate reporting task
Contribute to product improvements

Required Candidate profile

1y exp as Product Support Engg
Unix, databases(SQL & NoSQL),REST API debugging(Postman).
Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java
Exposure to AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, & networking
SaaS & B2B Experience
