Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing .NET applications.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical architecture.
- Design microservices-based architecture using .NET Core and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools or equivalent.
- Create architecture and design documents, including data flow diagrams, technical specifications, and security guidelines.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to developers and junior architects.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AWS services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, S3, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB) for application requirements.
- Ensure code and architecture quality through best practices like design patterns, unit testing, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams for seamless integration and delivery.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years as an architect.
- Deep expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native design patterns, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline).
- Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, DynamoDB).
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker, and orchestration using Kubernetes or ECS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate or Professional
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform
- Exposure to frontend technologies like React or Angular is a plus
