Job Description

and The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, enhance engagement, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) for our apps. This role will oversee performance marketing efforts across Apple Search Ads, paid search, and paid social.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategy

  • Create a comprehensive paid marketing strategy that aligns with the business objectives.
  • Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through Apple Search Ads, Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Optimize campaigns for efficiency and scalability across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and Apple.
  • Ensure all campaigns are data-driven, performance-focused, and aligned with growth targets.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Manage end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and optimize budget allocation.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and automation for real-time campaign optimization.

Performance Analytics & Insights

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
  • Leverage Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Appsflyer to derive actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports to measure CAC, LTV, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI.
  • Utilize consumer insights, heatmaps, and competitive benchmarking to refine marketing strategies.

Cross-Channel Integration & Organic Growth Synergy

  • Ensure paid and organic marketing efforts are aligned for a cohesive omnichannel strategy.
  • Collaborate with the SEO and content teams to improve website conversion rates and enhance customer journey experiences.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and compelling marketing messages.

Brand Positioning & Consumer Engagement

  • Refine and communicate brand messaging across all paid marketing channels.
  • Ensure ad copy, visuals, and storytelling align with our mission.
  • Monitor consumer sentiment and market trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

Budget Management & ROI Optimization

  • Own the performance marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on reach and engagement.
  • Continuously refine budget distribution across platforms for optimal results.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid advertising, and digital growth strategies in B2C or D2C brands.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Apple Search Ads
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and performance tracking tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data-driven marketing.
  • Proven ability to scale paid marketing campaigns efficiently across geographies.
  • Experience working with global audiences and multi-country ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, audience segmentation, and customer behavior.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
