Job Description
Were looking for a proactive and responsible Mobile App Developer to join our product-based team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Ionic, React Native, and Android, and be ready to take ownership of our mobile applications - from development and integration to deployment and post-launch support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of existing and new mobile applications.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance apps using Ionic, React Native, and Android (Java/Kotlin).
- Deploy and manage apps on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Integrate third-party services including Firebase Cloud Messaging and Google Maps APIs.
- Work with backend and design teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Monitor and improve app performance, fix bugs, and ensure high reliability.
- Set up and manage development environments using NVM, Node.js, etc.
- Maintain clean, scalable code and follow best practices.
Required Skills:
- 1.5+ years of experience in mobile app development using Ionic, React Native, and Android.
- Proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, and familiarity with Node.js.
- Experience with Firebase notifications, Firestore, and analytics.
- Comfortable with Google Maps services and location-based features.
- Understanding of app deployment and store guidelines (Play Store & App Store).
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and environment management (NVM).
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience in a product-based company.
- Apps published on the App Store / Play Store.
- Knowledge of CI/CD workflows for mobile apps.
- Experience working independently or in small agile teams.
