The Digital Delivery manager for India reports to the Associate Director - Digital, India, providing leadership to Digital Delivery across India BI team. You will provide consistent leadership and role modelling of Jacobs core values, fostering an inclusive and diverse culture across India that embodies Jacobs Culture of Caring and prioritizes the health and wellbeing of people. You will review India projects in collaboration with the Digital Delivery Leadership Team and will be responsible for Project Information Management processes and data.
You will be the focal point for any BIM related matter in the first instance, escalate to the Technical Directors for BIM (across the regions) as required. In this role, you are also expected to have a good understanding of the local international BIM standards / requirements. On projects, you will work closely with Project Managers, Design Managers and Discipline Leads, and inspire them to strive for innovation while maintaining outstanding Digital Delivery. You will support Digital Delivery Technical Leaders/ Team members and their learning development as necessary.
You will work with valued clients, supporting their digital transformation journeys as necessary, assisting strategic bids, and being a visible leader in the Digital Delivery space from India. You will strategically lead Digital Delivery initiatives in India. In your primary role as Digital Delivery Lead, you will lead by example, defining the Digital Delivery implementation on projects, reviewing contracts, resources and budget, supporting projects as necessary: performing project set ups, promoting best practice, using standard tools and improving digital delivery workflows. You will contribute to technology and content management in line with Jacobs business interests and protecting its intellectual property.
You will work closely with Jacobs sales team and operations leadership to define the Jacobs offering and ensure the India business can thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography relationships in order to maximize the benefit of global integrated delivery to our clients and our people.
