Job Title: Tech Lead Java & Oracle

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle, capable of leading a team, engaging with customers, understanding business needs, and translating them into technical specifications. This role requires a senior professional with both technical depth and leadership capabilities. Candidates looking to restart their career are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Development
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in Java Core, Spring Boot, and Oracle databases.
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-performance applications.
- Ensure best coding practices, design principles, and software architecture standards.
- Oversee database design, query optimization, and performance tuning in Oracle.
Project & Team Management
- Lead the team in Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Customer Engagement & Requirement Analysis
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and pain points.
- Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in team leadership and project management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, REST APIs).
- Expertise in Oracle database (PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Query Optimization, Performance Tuning).
- Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading full-stack development projects.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like Angular or React.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to automated testing frameworks and performance monitoring tools.
