Job Description
Cybersecurity Architect
Location - Ahmedabad - Mumbai - Chennai
Shift - 3pm to 12am
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct and manage the security architecture of an organization
- Lead and manage security-engineering programs, taking over from the existing team to enhance execution, efficiency, and value delivery.
- Assisting with extensive technical knowledge in the areas of Privileged/Identity Access Management (PAM/IAM), Cloud Security (CASB, API Security, DLP), Endpoint Protection, CMDB asset management, and Ransomware Readiness.
- Define technical strategy, architectural frameworks, and execution roadmaps for key security initiatives.
- Ensure seamless execution of security projects, including PEM (Privileged Endpoint Management), CASB (Netskope) implementation, CMDB Asset Management, and Ransomware Readiness.
- Oversees Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and solution deployments
- Produce and maintain comprehensive security architecture documentation and define best practices.
- Take ownership of security findings and ensure consistent implementation of security controls and practices.
- Requires strong experience in remediation efforts, not just strategy.
- In-depth technical skills across multiple security domains (Active Directory, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, IAM)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills & Experience:
- At least 10-12 years of experience in Cybersecurity roles with an emphasis on data security, cybersecurity and IT risks.
- A strong understanding of networking, operating systems, security protocols, App Security and various security tools is essential.
- Experience with security frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, HIPPA & GDPR
- Experience in designing and deploying security solutions (from RFPs to PoCs, vendor selection, detailed solution design, etc.)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to effectively collaborate with different teams and communicate security risks to senior management.
- The ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions is crucial.
- Preferred Certifications : Such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
Education
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or Cybersecurity
