Job Description

for Executive Operation / Sr. Executive Operations depending on work experience.


1. Onboarding formalities of new employees

2. Collection of employee documents & maintaining employee Data

3. Sending Offer Letter, Extension Letter, Employment Contract, Increment, Variation letter etc as & when required. And also ensuring to get the acceptance/ signed copy from the employee.

4. Maintaining multiple trackers

5. Will be responsible for completing the internal process of updating the employee data in the software system. This includes new joinee, every extension, increment which will be required to be updated in the system on time.

6. Ensuring that employee timesheet (attendance) / expenses are received on time and checking the same and then forwarding to the Finance team for further payroll process.

7. In case of contract closure / resignation / termination, contract closure mails to be sent timely. Complete their FNF formalities and ensuring FNF is done on time. Post which releasing employee Relieving Letter & Experience Letter

8. Solving employee query/ addressing employee grievances.

9. Experience of preparing Visa / FRRO documentation will be added advantage.


Requirements:


  • At least 2 years working knowledge in HR Operations
  • Self-motivated, able to do multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Good knowledge of advance Excel and MS Office.
