Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, have a good grasp of financial and project reporting, and be ready to contribute from day one in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build a career in finance and accounting with a global perspective.
Role & responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and variance analysis
- Develop and maintain detailed Excel-based models and reports for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with project teams to track financial performance and ensure alignment with company goals
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making processes
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
- Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit queries as needed
- Provide ad hoc financial support as required by management
Preferred candidate profile
- Recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 03 years of post-qualification experience (fresher welcome)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas, dashboards, etc.)
- Solid understanding of financial and project reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to relocate to or currently residing in Lagos, Nigeria

Working Terms:
- Time-off Rotation will be 6 Month working and 21 Days off if posted in Lagos, 6 months ON 30 days OFF, if posted in Plant/Site. & subsequently followed by every 6 months once (with International & Domestic air ticket provided by the company)
- Workdays & Hours Six and half days work
- First salary will be released after 60 Days followed by the salary cycle (Ex: If you join in July, you will get first month salary in September then after that every month you will get regularly)
