JOB DESCRIPTION

Accounts:
1) Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
2) Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
3) Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
4) Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
6) Proficiency in using accounting software and MS-Office Application (Excel,Word) Etc.
7) Basic Knowledge of GST/TDS.
8) Proper Knowledge of Tally Prime.

Administration:
1) Handle incoming and outgoing mail, calls, emails, and correspondence.
2) Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
3) Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
4) Assist in making travel arrangements.
5) Coordinate and maintain office calendars.
6) Support the planning and execution of company events and functions.
7) Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
8) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
