We are a 28 years old reputed IT company based at Andheri East, Mumbai.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join us at the earliest.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience and possess relevant qualifications in marketing, preferably along with 1 year of experience in team handling. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing lead-generation initiatives and driving effective branding and promotion strategies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing department's efforts to achieve organizational goals and contribute to our company's growth.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation and branding.
3. Preferably a minimum 1 year of experience in team management or leadership roles (this is preferred but not mandatory).
4. Proven track record of successful lead-generation campaigns and brand promotion.
5. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
8. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
9. Proficiency in using marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
10. Hands-on experience on the Canva platform.
