Support the development of Data Products that will be used in Sales AIML Projects Designing and developing machine learning models to solve specific problems or tasks Training machine learning models on data and evaluating their performance using various metrics Working with cross-functional teams such as data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Ensuring that AI/ML solutions are developed and deployed responsibly and ethically, considering potential biases and societal impacts * Deliver No Performance Parameter Measure 1 Process No. of cases resolved per day, compliance to process and quality standards, meeting process level SLAs, Pulse score, Customer feedback, NSAT/ ESAT 2 Team Management Productivity, efficiency, absenteeism 3 Capability development Triages completed, Technical Test performance Mandatory Skills: Python for Data Science .
