Key Responsibilities: Reconciliations Support the month end close and reporting processes Troubleshoot bookkeeping work, find errors and correct them Onboarding new clients to get their books caught up Recognize when something doesnt look right and analytical skills to find/correct the issue Meetings with some of your clients Researching, being resourceful, asking questions of your colleagues and manager Contribute to process improvement by giving feedback and collaborating with tax and accounting teams Requirements: MUST: Experience in a public tax/accounting firm Expert level QBO skills Self-motivated, fast learner, good work ethic, detail and deadline-oriented Love helping people, thinking outside the box, going the extra mile Client-facing experience, comfortable managing your own clients If you're a bookkeeper with a proven track record of working with happy clients, a passion for providing real help to growing businesses, and a drive to succeed, we want you.
