Job Description
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential SME clients through various channels.
- Pitch insurance broking solutions (General, Health, Life insurance, etc.) to meet business needs.
- Prepare and deliver client-specific proposals and presentations.
- Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SME clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Ensure timely servicing of client needs including endorsements, claims support, and renewals.
- Policy Management:
- Coordinate with insurers and internal teams to structure optimal insurance programs.
- Ensure timely policy issuance, documentation, and endorsements.
- Monitor renewal timelines and proactively initiate discussions with clients.
- Market Intelligence & Compliance:
- Stay informed about market trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure all activities comply with IRDAI regulations and company policies.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Provide periodic reports on sales pipeline, client issues, and renewals to management.
