Cognizant Hiring ACI card & Merchant management Developers. Location: Pan India. Experience: 5 to 9 yrs Job Summary Responsibilities Lead the design development and implementation of technical solutions using Unix Cobol and CMM Back office. Oversee the technical aspects of projects to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the quality and performance of the developed solutions through rigorous testing and validation. Monitor and maintain the health of the technical environment addressing any issues that arise promptly. Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technical processes. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns. Manage technical risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all technical activities. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages creativity and innovation. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in Unix Cobol and CMM Back office. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges. Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Certifications Required Certified Unix Administrator Cobol Programming Certification CMMI Certification,
