Job description:-
The Assist. Manager will be lead to generate new leads and enquiry about the requirement of the products. He has to understand the process and machine related requirement of the customer and accordingly in consultant of the technical team, provide the right solution. To be successful of this role, the person should have previous experience of Sales & Marketing and preferable have knowledge of different manufacturing & machining process and raw material. The person will also be responsible to providing the offers, and, if needed, negotiating with the costumers to close the orders. The main responsibilities include visiting the costumers, if required to understand the requirements, offering the right solutions, negotiate with the customers and also update them with new technologies and products developments maintaining MIS for the sales related Data.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
Generating Leads & Attended to enquiries

Making Techno-Commercial Offers

Visit to existing & prospective customers (10-15 days in a Month)

MIS for Sales & Marketing Data

Cold calling to prostective costomers

Customer data management

Payments Followup

Making & Giving presentations to customers about the products & Technologies

Required Skills (General):

Proficient in written and spoken English.

M.S. Office Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Negotiable Skills

ERP System knowledge (Preferrable)

Data Management

Required Skills (Technical):-

Should be able to read and understand technical drawings

Should have knowledge of manufacturing processes and raw materials

Project Management

Should have knowledge of surface preparation and treatment (Preferrable)
