Job Description
Hi All,
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Power Platform Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and implementation of business-critical applications and data solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate (Flow), SQL, and Power Virtual Agents.
You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions that drive automation, insights, and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring data integrity and performance optimization.
- Create custom PowerApps applications that streamline internal business processes and enhance user experience.
- Automate business workflows using Power Automate (Flow) to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL databases, SharePoint, Excel, and other Microsoft services.
- Develop and deploy conversational chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to support internal teams or customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, IT, and operations to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power Platform applications and pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and integrating data sources.
- Experience with Power Virtual Agents and conversational AI design.
- Ability to design intuitive UI/UX within PowerApps and Power BI.
- Knowledge of data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M language).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-300, PL-400, or related).
- Experience with Common Data Service (Dataverse), Azure connectors, or SharePoint integration.
- Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps principles.
