Job Details:
Gokul Infocare has designed the Career Launch Program to help recent graduates, individuals returning from a career break, and career switchers gain hands-on practical experience and develop the skills necessary for a successful professional journey.
The candidates will get the opportunity to work on Gokul Infocare elaborate projects, enhancing skill sets and will get a 360-degree vision on Software Development, Data Research, AI projects, Health Sector, IT Recruitment, Marketing and Real Estate.
The duration of the program is 6 months and at the end of the program the candidates will receive a Certificate and get job offer from Gokul Infocare.
A stipend of INR 15,000 per month will be given during the program.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Graduate or Above (Students/2025 Graduates are NOT eligible)
- Must be able to Work 8 Hours (Work From Home). Mon to Sat, starting any time between 6AM - 7AM
- Must have own laptop/PC with faster Internet connection
- Must be willing to work in all of our business sectors
- Must have very good communication Skills
- Must be able to join in less than 2 weeks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be a Team Player, Professional and Self-learner
Please note that all the above are Mandatory and if you do not meet ALL of them, then this position is not suitable for you
Role & responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data management across multiple platforms, including Pracsoft, MedicalDirector Clinical, Xero, PRODA, and Jibble, while supporting daily operations and maintaining data integrity.
- Support various aspects of our Medical Practice, Software Development, IT Recruitment, Websites management and Real Estate operations.
- Work independently with provided support as needed, and engage in self-learning.
- You will be provided with detailed instructions and training, with chances to further develop your skills.
- Optional to develop software applications using Python, Java, Web or Android to meet business requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduates(Excluding 2025) must have a minimum GPA of 7.5 and any Programming development skills.
- Experienced candidates should have Programming development skills.
Location of Work:
Permanent Work From Home
Timings:
Monday to Saturday 8 Hours a day (Preferred candidates who can start anytime between 6-7 AM)
Joining Date:
Immediate to Less than 2 Weeks. (We do not accept applications where the notice period is more than 2 weeks)
Remuneration:
- First 6 Months - INR 15,000 per month
- After 6 Months - INR 20,000 per month
- Every Year Guaranteed Salary increase of 20%

3. Task 3: Zoom Video Interview with HR
4. Task 4: Zoom Video Interview with Project Manager
Task 1: Evaluating your knowledge in Data Operations
Choose any ONE of the below Tasks:
A. Utilize your internet research skills to compile a spreadsheet on Australian data. The Excel sheet should include the following columns: Full Name of the State/Territories, Short Name of the State/Territories, Capital City, Current Premier, Immediate Past Premier, and Current Ruling Party. The column headers should have a yellow background, be centre-aligned, and formatted in uppercase with black text. Additionally, alternate rows should be in title case, with each row featuring a different font colour. Each row should be in a different font style.
OR
B. Submit a PowerPoint presentation or a video showcasing any project you completed during your graduation. The video should be at least 3 minutes long and must include audio narration explaining the project.
OR
C. Conduct research on the software 'Pracsoft' and create a PowerPoint presentation or a video of at least 3 minutes in length, explaining your understanding of how the software works.
AI-generated documents/applications will NOT be considered.
